Celebrating Steffen Lempp's 60th birthday
The logic group at UW–Madison will host a workshop honoring Prof. Steffen Lempp on the occasion of his 60th birthday. The workshop will consist of an afternoon of talks on Friday September 13th 2019 and the special session “Computability Theory in honor of Steffen Lempp's 60th birthday” organized by Joseph Miller, Noah Schweber and Mariya Soskova as part of the 2019 Fall Central Sectional Meeting at the University of Wisconsin—Madison, September 14-15, 2019. Uri Andrews and Omer Mermelstein are organizing a special session in Model Theory and the two sessions will have several shared talks. We plan to have a birthday dinner on the evening of the 14th.
