The Institute of Mathematical and Computational Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (http://imc.uc.cl/), in Santiago de Chile, calls for applications to a postdoctoral position, for a period of two to three years, to start as soon as possible and ideally no later than September 2021.
Our group conducts research on the following topics,
Logic in Computer Science and Foundations of Computable Mathematics;
Computability and Complexity in Analysis and Dynamical systems;
Algorithmic Randomness and related fields;
Probability Theory and Stochastic Analysis in Machine Learning;
but the call is open to all related fields.
The candidate should have received a Ph.D. degree and demonstrate an excellent record in research.
